Shipping/Returns and Privacy Policy

Shipping/Delivery Policy:
We ship using USPS for all orders. Shipping pricing is calculated and available during the checkout process. All orders are typically processed within 12-48 hours of orders being placed with most orders being shipped the same day that it was placed.

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order. Custom-made items usually ship between 4 and 12 weeks after ordering. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out. All shipment dates are approximate. We are not responsible for early shipping or any shipping delays.

Inventory: 
We do our best to ensure the website inventory displays are accurate and up-to-date.  However, if an item is out of stock or on backorder and the website does not reflect this, the rest of the order will ship as scheduled and you will be contacted via email or telephone that the item is out-of-stock. You have the option of canceling, substituting or waiting for the item to become available again.

Returns:

We accept returns in sellable condition in all original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs. All returns must be authorized first by our RMA system, phone or email.

Custom-made and special-order items are not returnable.

We cannot guarantee that a product’s color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
We accept returns on all, un-opened and un-used items for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in brand-new, re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.  For large orders that are labor intensive in the packaging process we may require a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty:
We warrant all items against DOA (Dead on arrival) for a period of 10 days from the time of delivery.  We recommend inspecting merchandise as it arrives for any noticeable defects or damages that may have arisen during shipping. Contact us at info@vavapesupply.com to make a warranty claim as soon as you spot any damage. We may be able to work with you and the manufacturer beyond the 15 day DOA period to solve any outstanding issues regarding damaged or defective goods.

Privacy Policy:

We will never share or sell your information with any third party. Your name, email, phone and address will be used solely for order-related communication and shipments. We do not store credit card information, which is ran securely to prevent interception by third parties. We use Google Site Stats for tracking sales made through our Google ads. Though none of your personal information is being used or recorded in any way, you may disable this cookie if you wish.
